New Hope Winery is a historic destination with an impressive evolution. What began as a mid-18th-century hay barn transformed into various venues throughout the 19th century, including a museum, an antique shop and two wineries. The current owner took over in 1993, expanding wine production from a handful of sweet wines to over 25 unique varietals. Over the last 30 years, New Hope Winery has continued to grow, ultimately adding a full restaurant and bar and a live music venue that guests can enjoy today.
At its heart is the Tavern at New Hope Winery, a rustic gathering place that is both inviting and relaxing. The tavern menu changes weekly, so there's always something new to delight your taste buds! Enjoy delicious American classics with a country twist made from the freshest seasonal ingredients – from a French dip sandwich and specialty flatbreads to pan-seared salmon and chicken pot pie.
