Valentine/Birthday Getaway
Attention to detail says it all at Bowman's. From the moment you arrive and Inga welcome's you into the main house and then escorts you to your room, everything is taken care of. EVERYTHING is well thought out and designed. Inga has left nothing to chance. The furnishings are exquisite. The peace and tranquility are unmatched. The breakfast is made to order and served on beautiful china with every possible accompany you could think of. A gem of a property of which you have the feeling its going to be special.
Well, where should I start. From the minute you pull up to this gem of a property you have the feeling its going to be special. Walking up to the inn gives you a feeling of English countryside. The property is absolutely beautiful landscaped.

We were met by Inga who is the proud owner and is very accessible as she is a big part of running day to day operations and thoroughly enjoying the opportunity. No absent-tee owner here. Our reservation included two tickets to the Bucks County Playhouse which we picked the 1:30pm show on Sunday. We arrived with minimal time to get to the show. Inga said leave your bags, We'll get them to your room and here are your tickets. Making the 1:30 show just in time, seats were great as well as the show. Once back, we met Inga again and she gave us the tour of the room and sitting area. Our room was in the carriage house which also hosts three rooms on the second floor. Ours was the Orchard Retreat as the deck overlooks the property orchard trees. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The common sitting area outside our room was also very comforting. This is where each room has a mini fridge with waters and string cheese hidden in a piece perfectly made for the three fridges. Sitting atop are three serving trays, one for each room, holding your beautiful cups, mugs and added chocolate treats. Drawers above held our coffee and tea selections. After the play and dinner at Stella's we headed back to the inn. for a restful night sleep. It was a very quiet and peaceful evening to be awakened in the morning by roosters crowing situated far back in the property. A nice touch.

Next morning we headed down for breakfast and Inga sat us to our table. As we are curious about the property, we asked and Inga was not shy to fill us in in between cooking breakfast along with the help of her loyal and happy staff. The English Breakfast was perfect starting with a very fresh fruit cup followed scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage beans and rye toast. The home made "right in the kitchen" croissants were tops.

After breakfast we changed into our suits and went for a relaxing swim. The pool and thick padded lounges were very comfortable. After our swim, we lounged and relaxed a bit more while music played in the background as the scenery around the pools is beautiful. By afternoon we headed out o experience the beauty of the surrounding area which we have been visiting for over twenty five years and returned back after dinner to repeat the process again.

To finish we really appreciated the close and warm feeling Inga and her staff provide. We were very happy to choose this property as our anniversary stay and will be back again to enjoy their wonderful hospitality. Thank you Inga! n s

A Perfect Getaway
We celebrated my wife’s birthday, stayed two nights, and everything was perfect. Inga greeted us when we pulled in and made us feel so welcome. The room was charming and the added cheese board was outstanding. The grounds were beautiful although covered with snow, but that had its own charm. Laura’s breakfasts were awesome! Quiet, peaceful and a perfect getaway. Thanks for such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend and hope to be back to experience the charm in warmer weather! Brad H

My wife got a massage and was able to walk across the hall from our room (Washington suite ) we thoroughly enjoyed it . David R

My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Inn at Bowman’s Hill. Many of the reviews go in to detail about the beautiful property, the well appointed rooms, the amazing breakfast, and the quiet, serene location. These things are all true though I won’t repeat them here as what I really want to highlight is the service that we received. When planning this trip, I was worried about finding the right place to have a getaway close to home for my birthday while also serving as a mini baby moon. The added challenge was that my husband was fasting and had to have breakfast at 5 AM. When we reached out prior to making the booking, Inga hesitated at being able to accommodate this, and we knew that we were asking for a lot. I am glad that we decided to take the chance and try and make it work. Once we arrived, The Chef, Laura, went above and beyond to accommodate my husband with daily 5 AM hot breakfasts. Further, Inga upgraded our room to the English Manor suite which had the closest access to the kitchen so that my husband could eat outside of daylight hours with ease. This gesture alone has made this stay one of the most positive I’ve ever experienced. The hospitality with which we were treated was above and beyond what I expected. We also highly recommend the baby moon package that is an optional add-on to a stay for any expecting parents. Thank you so much to Inga, Laura, and the whole team for making this such a wonderful core memory for us as we prepare to welcome our first baby in a few months. Madiha Raees

We just very reluctantly handed our Regal Tower room key back to Inga, the lovely owner of this beautiful gem of a property! This picturesque Inn offers a perfect getaway near the town of New Hope. Upon checking we were warmly greeted with a champagne toast and a tour of the home which boasts fine antiques and finishes throughout. Our well appointed suite had everything you needed at your fingertips, from coffee, hot kettle, candies, snacks, water, steam shower, a cozy fireplace and the dreamiest bed to rest your head. Each day begins with homemade breakfast fit for a king complete with fresh eggs straight from Inga’s 30 hen coup, the best cappuccino machine, and a breathtaking view of the bucolic grounds. Our couples massage was a relaxing way to start our day, before heading into New Hope for shopping and fine dining. The only part we did not like was saying goodbye! But we will be back to stay with Inga many times in the years ahead. Thank you for the VIP hospitality and we can’t wait to see you again! Andrea Shank

My fiancé proposed to me at The Inn at Bowman’s Hill, it was so romantic. We saw the inn in the snow, so picturesque and quaint. Inga was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We spent couple of days at the Inn celebrating our anniversary. Laura and Robert hosted us and both were present and very accommodating. While Laura greeted us as we arrived and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning, Robert worked around the property ensuring all the details were in beautiful condition. We felt as though the Inn was our home for a few days. The penthouse suite where we stayed was very spacious and comfortable. We would return. Jack Jurasits
